"Próximo longa de Tim Burton será 'Frankenweenie'"

O cineasta Tim Burton deu ínicio à produção de 'Frankenweenie', seu próximo filme.

Para tristeza dos cinéfilos, o diretor não deve dirigir a nova versão de 'A Família Addams'. Seu agente desmentiu a notícia que se espalhou na última semana.

'Frankenweenie', inspirado em curta assinado pelo próprio diretor em 1984, será rodado com a técnica de animação stop-motion.

"Os bonecos estão preparados, o roteiro está sendo finalizado e Tim Burton estará no comando", revelou o produtor Don Hahn.

Após uma aula de ciências, o garoto Victor tem a idéia de ressucitar o cão através da aplicação de energia elétrica. Incrivelmente, o plano do garoto funciona e Sparky volta a vida, para o terror dos vizinhos.

O cineasta americano é conhecido por transportar o espectador a um universo predominantemente bizarro, onde imperam os elementos surreais, o visual gótico, o humor negro e os protagonistas incompreendidos.

Seus créditos incluem 'Batman' (1989), 'Edward Mãos de Tesoura' (1990), 'A Lenda do Cavaleiro Sem Cabeça' (1999), 'Peixe Grande e suas Histórias Maravilhosas' (2003), 'A Noiva Cadáver' (2005), 'Alice no País das Maravilhas' ('2010') , entre outros títulos.

"Tim Burton pode transformar a Família Adams em stop-motion"

"Mais um projeto em stop-motion para Tim Burton e desta vez os personagens parecem ter nascidos para serem dirigidos por ele. Segundo o site Deadline Hollywood, A Família Adams será o próximo foco do diretor de Alice no País das Maravilhas.

De acordo com o site, a intenção de Burton será resgatar o visual da tenebrosa e divertida família da época em que ela fazia sucesso na série de TV exibida durante os anos 1960. E, claro, o filme será exibido em 3D.

A lembrar que a experiência de Burton com animações stop-motion são sempre muito bem quistas pela crítica (O Estranho Mundo de Jack e A Noiva Cadáver são exemplos disso). "

"Tim Burton vai dirigir versão 3D de 'A Família Addams"

O diretor de Alice no País das Maravilhas, Tim Burton, será o nome por trás da versão 3D de A Família Addams, afirmou nesta quinta-feira o site Deadline Hollywood. O estúdio Illumination Entertainment, parte do grupo da Universal, adquiriu os direitos de adaptação dos desenhos e a sua nova versão para o cinema deve entrar em breve em produção.


Ainda não foram divulgados os roteiristas e nem os dubladores, entretanto é possível que Johnny Depp e Helena Bonham Carter, mulher de Burton, participem da adaptação.

Chris Meledandri produzirá o filme e Kevin Miserocchi, da Tee and Charles Addams Foundation, será o produtor-executivo. A Família Addams é criação do cartunista Charles Addams que desenvolveu os personagens durante a década de 30 para a revista The New Yorker. A horripilante família, no entanto, só ficou famosa depois de ganhar um seriado na televisão americana, no final dos anos 60.

Burton possui uma vasta experiência na direção de animações. Sua última produção foi a A Noiva Cadáver, de 2005.

A ideia do diretor é fazer uma adaptação baseada no humor afiado de Addams, pouco explorado na série de televisão. A nova produção não terá qualquer relação com o desenho animado, com o seriado ou com as duas comédias lançadas na década de 90.
